Delete Your DeepMyth Account

Overview

DeepMyth is operated by Mythrix LLC. You can request deletion of your DeepMyth account and associated account data from inside the app or by contacting support if you cannot access the app.

Delete from the app

1. Open DeepMyth.
2. Go to Profile, Settings, Account, Delete account.
3. Review the deletion information shown in the app.
4. Type DELETE when prompted, then confirm deletion.

Guest accounts and accounts linked to Google, Apple, or email sign-in can be deleted from the same in-app flow.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@deepmyth.app from the email address linked to your DeepMyth account. Use the subject "DeepMyth account deletion request".

We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before deleting account data.

What we delete

• Your DeepMyth account is marked deleted.
• Active sessions are revoked.
• Linked Google, Apple, or email sign-in credentials are unlinked.
• Profile/account identifiers, preferences, saved progress, favorites, reports, and app activity associated with the account are deleted or disassociated where technically and legally permitted.
• The same email or social login may be used later to create a new account.

What we may keep

We may retain limited records required for security, fraud prevention, purchase accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or backup recovery.

• Backup copies and operational logs may take up to 90 days to expire.
• Purchase or transaction records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, app store, or legal obligations.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics and crash reporting data may be retained when it no longer identifies your account.

App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be managed through the applicable store subscription settings.
